Cancellations, Showing Up Late, and No Shows

 

I conduct fishing charters rain or shine. I will only cancel a fishing charter due to weather in extreme weather conditions that I feel that won't be safe to go out in. If you decide to cancel a fishing charter due to weather conditions, refer to the cancellation policy below. 

 

If you are not able to attend your scheduled and confirmed fishing charter, you must provide notice to Jonathan as soon as possible by calling or texting (610) 739-3530 

 

If you provide this notice at least 72 hours before your scheduled and confirmed fishing charter, your full payment will be used towards a rescheduled fishing charter of similar value for an agreed upon future date. 

 

If you provide this notice less than 72 hours before your scheduled and confirmed fishing charter, 50% of your payment will be used towards a rescheduled fishing charter of similar value for an agreed upon future date and you will need to pay for the additional 50% charge. 

 

If you provide no cancellation notice and you do not show up to a scheduled and confirmed fishing charter, then you will not receive any refund at all. 

 

If you would prefer to cancel a scheduled and confirmed fishing charter and not reschedule another fishing charter for a future date, you will be refunded only 50% of the amount you paid returned to the payment method used even with advanced notice. 

 

My boat will be ready and in the water approximately 10 minutes before your confirmed charter is scheduled to begin. If you show up late causing the charter to begin later than scheduled, the scheduled end of the charter will not be extended to compensate for your late arrival. 

 

If you are more than 30 minutes late and do not provide notice to me, I will consider you a no show and offer you no refund or credit at all. If you are running late to your fishing charter, please contact and notify me as soon as possible by calling or texting (610) 739-3530 

 

If I have to cancel your fishing charter due to weather conditions or other reasons, I will provide you with as much notice in advance as possible (At least 48 hours) and then work with you to reschedule your fishing charter to a future agreed upon date or process a refund according to the above policy.

 

Ending a Charter Early

 

If you choose your charter to end early for any reason there will be no refund of any kind. If I decide to end early based upon forecasted weather approaching there will be a prorated refund based upon the time left for the trip.  If you or someone in your group is misbehaving, damaging my personal property, breaking rules, or causing issues your charter will officially end and there will be no refund of any kind.

You will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to start of the trip.
